REFUND POLICY

Product Disclaimer:

  • Hey there, lovely shopper! We just wanted to give you a heads-up about our products. Do you know those beautiful hand-embroidered items we offer? Well, they are master copies of Pakistan’s top designer outfits and sometimes have a 5%- 10% variation possibility. Yep, reality is not always picture-perfect. So, when you place an order on our website, keep in mind that there might be a teeny-tiny difference compared to the images provided here. We try our best to keep the variation minimal, we promise!
  • Color Differences: The actual product may look slightly different due to lighting during photography or the way colors appear on digital devices.
  • Beading and Sequins: Some beading or sequins may shift during handling. This is normal and not a defect — it's part of the handmade charm!

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Time Frame: You have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition: The item must be in unworn, unused condition, with all tags, and in original packaging.
  • Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on customized items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at bintehawallc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
  3. Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend tracking your return to avoid issues.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, you’ll receive a refund minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note: it may take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.

Cancellations

  • Before 24 Hours: Cancellations can be made at no extra charge within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours: If you cancel after 24 Hours, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Damages or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll help you exchange the product or initiate a return. Make sure to include photos of the damaged or incorrect item when you email us.

Exchange Process

  • For exchanges, it’s easiest to return the item and place a new order.
  • You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. After we receive the returned item, we’ll process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Custom Orders: Once placed, custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours. After that, they are final.
  • Discounted Items: All sales on discounted items are final and non-returnable.
  • Return Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Any returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
